We have much experience in advising on the procedures necessary to avoid allegation of discrimination....whether sexual discrimination; sexual harassment; racial discrimination  or  disability discrimination.

We have 

• successfully defended a night-club against charges of racial discrimination

•  pursued claims for sexual harassment by male employers of our female employee clients 

• obtain awards for unfair dismissal on the grounds that our client employee was discriminated against on the grounds of his disability.
