- £15m portfolio of investments bought from British Land and resold to Heron
- Several Industrial estates purchased, "cleaned up" and resold
Funding
Over the decades, we have seen (in succession) lenders from Japan, USA, Scandinavia, Germany, Oil -Producing countries and more latterly Russia and China invest money in UK property
In each case, the client has wanted a clear explanation of the security documentation involved and, very often, a re negotiation of terms
Investment
Different considerations apply, if the property is to be held long term for investment rather than for dealing purposes
We know very well the considerations of clients when making the appropriate decisions.
Many of our clients prefer to have their pension (or at least part of it) in such a property or properties, rather than allow others to manage (or mis-manage) the Stock Market for them
