Legal Clinic 

This will be of interest to companies that have more than say, 50 employees at any one site in the South East 

Our Senior Partner, a lawyer with over 34 years experience in various legal disciplines, will   hold a "legal clinic" at your offices

Any employee of yours can consult us  - confidentially - about issues that may be bothering them in the following areas of law: Property, Litigation, Wills, Probate, Divorce, Separation, Children, Road Traffic Accident, Personal Injury and indeed many areas of law  - other than Employment Law !!!

We suggest that this is done on a set day, so that employees instinctively know that they can consult a lawyer on, for example, the third Monday of every other month from 1600 – 18:00 hours. 

Depending on the demand, it could be every month , every other month or twice a month.  That can be discussed.

We charge the employee nothing.  We hope (and experience bears this out) that they will find out that solicitors are not so scary and that they can talk to us.  If the matter goes further, then of course we would wish to enter into a formal solicitor/client relationship with them.

We charge the company nothing – apart from the fact that our representative at the clinic might drink copious amounts of instant coffee.  This means we add value to their employer/employee relationship at no cost to their business.

We run these for a trial period of six months to see whether it works for both parties
