Ann Chapman

Ann has worked in both Local Government and Private Practice and specialises in residential properties buying, selling, re-mortgaging both houses and flats in and around London.

Ann moved to Croydon in 1986 but was originally from Weybridge Surrey.

Ann is  qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and since 1986 has worked locally to her home.

She prides herself as being approachable and being able to offer a personal service to her clients.

Ann is married and has two children. Her daughter is presently reading Economics and Finance at the University of York and her son is studying for his ‘A’ levels with a view to reading Astrophysics and/or Computing at University.

She enjoys gardening, walking her two springer spaniels and also horse riding when the opportunity arises. She is an archer and joint founder/ secretary of Olde Colesdon Archers.

Ann joined Kaslers Property team in September 2011.
